NOWON Massage, is unique in its approach and application. We treat each client as an individual in addressing their intention for the session. Love, patience proper pressure and presence are our focus as we discern the body's innate wisdom, guiding the application of each modality, throughout the session. A few modalities used are... Shiatsu, Thai Table Massage, Myofascial Release-Trigger Point Therapy, Tui-Na Chinese Massage, Chakra Balancing and grounding Work are integrated during the 1hr session. Our approach, before the session begin, is to first coach the body-breath and mind into alignment, using our specialized breathing response practice. Throughout the session, you may be reminded to return to mindful-breathing in order to enhance even more relaxation into the massage. For those who feel more comfortable, all our sessions can be experienced wearing loose clothing. Please drink plenty of clean water the day before your session, it will help in processing the experience.
