In the "Mind/foot Circle Walking-Meditation & Exercise, the eyes become secondary as our focus trust and mindfulness rest in the soles of the feet. Through focusing the mind into the soles of the feet while walking and trusting where I am by what I'm feeling; lets me know where I am and where I am not in that moment. This focus helps me make an adjustment if necessary before taking the next step.

Walking without looking requires and builds inner trust through outer awareness. The training session becomes fun once realizing how I'm being challenged in different parts of my being, while simultaneously overcoming the challenges as I'm walking. This awareness cultivates a strong sense of accomplishment and personal insights as to how I'm being in the present moment; followed by an overall good feeling as I'm walking the circle.

Before we begin walking we warm and loosen up the body with movements and exercises that relate to our training session. Standing meditation is added after the body is warmed. Several hand mudras and swimming movements are integrated while walking to further challenge and strengthen our focus. Walking in super slow-motion, shuffling left and right while facing the center of the circle and walking backward add even more challenge to the session. One will notice a feeling of being out of balance when we become distracted by our mind-chattering and overthinking a thought. Moving the mind back to our breathing will instantly return us to the focus we've intended.
